Rates: Please contact us directly to discuss rates for any of our services.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.  It is Inspire Recovery’s policy that all clients keep a valid credit card on file.  Clients are encouraged to utilize this card for recurring payments to simplify the payment process.

Insurance Policies: We currently participate in-network with Anthem BC/BS and CT Husky plans.  Please note that all recovery coaching and case management services are not covered by insurances at this time.  If we do not work with your insurance provider, we are happy to provide you with a receipt of services for you to provide to your insurance company; however, we will not file claims for out-of-network plans.

  • Co-payments, deductibles, and session fees are due at the time of service.
  • All monthly coaching / case management fees are due on the 1st of every month.

Cancellation Policy:  We understand that life happens.  In the event of a cancellation, we ask for 24 hours’ notice, but will consider extenuating circumstances.
