Janaine Agati | Practice Coordinator

Janaine Agati is an experienced healthcare manager dedicated to operational excellence and exceptional patient experiences.

A native of Queens, NY, Janaine began her career hands-on as a medical receptionist in for a busy ophthalmic practice and ambulatory center. There she advanced into a key administrative role focusing on day-to-day operations. Upon relocating to New England, she was the Associate Operations Manager at a high-volume community health center in Massachusetts. In a demanding environment, operating seven days a week, she worked closely with faculty and residency students to manage acute care and family medicine services. She also helped in supporting integrated mental health and social services for a diverse, underserved population.

Most recently, as a Practice Manager for Steward Health Care, she fostered strong, successful relationships among patients and staff to ensure the highest standards of care. Prioritizing positive patient experiences is something she continues to focus and strive for.
