She works collaboratively with each client, honoring their experiences, strengths, and goals while helping them build confidence, deepen self-understanding, and develop skills for meaningful, lasting change. Hillary understands that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable. She meets clients where they are, supporting them at a pace that respects their needs and readiness for change.
Outside of her clinical work, Hillary enjoys international travel, hiking, and exploring historic sites. Her curiosity and love of learning shape her openness to each client’s unique perspective, cultural background, and lived experience.
